You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, and proof of purchase is required. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don’t receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return. It’s important that returned products are in the best possible condition. Please note that we can't accept any return where the items have been opened, as this is a skincare product and hygiene is paramount.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once your return has been approved, we will only debit the refund amount back to the original credit/debit card used. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.

We cannot accept liability, nor can we take responsibility for any bank charges or customs costs that you may have incurred during the order process. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we do not issue a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.


Shipping cost are non-refundable. You are required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning items to us.
