Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals intact. Proof of purchase is required. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don’t receive or for those damaged during return shipping. It’s important that returned products are in the best possible condition. Please note we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, as these are skincare products and hygiene is paramount.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Please note:

Customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we do not issue a refund.

We cannot accept liability or responsibility for any bank charges or customs costs you may incur during the order process.

We reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious return behaviour.
